Here's the final product. Chili Grande served in a tortilla bowl! (She also made a salad, but I somehow lost that picture)
She even made Strawberry Shortcake!
And here she is enjoying the fruits of her labor. Andrew's enjoying it too.
The dinner turned out so well that we agreed that she will be making dinner next Thursday too!

Yes, Kristen made the tortilla bowls herself, and it was really easy! All you do is put a 10" flour tortilla (use a fork to poke a few holes in the tortilla first)into a glass bowl and microwave 2-3 minutes and then let cool. The glass bowl gets hot, so she ended up alternating between 2 bowls since she needed to make 6 tortilla bowls. They turned out really well and were yummy too!
