Thrifting Goodies

Today my daughter and I took a break from our day after Thanksgiving festivities (I'll be posting about that soon) and took a trip to Goodwill. I looooooove Goodwill. There is always some great stuff to be found! Here's the booty from today:

  • three Jan Karon books

  • firefly votive

  • shabby chic candle holder (will be painted white)

  • shabby window w/wreath

  • telephone table (will also be painted white)

  • a bunch of records (My Fair Lady!)

  • and tiny pilgrim salt & pepper shakers!

Take a closer look at the shakers:

Aren't they too cute? The picture doesn't do them justice, but trust me, they are so cute and I'm bummed that I have to wait a year to use them! Anyway, I hope these pictures turn out as this is my first attempt at posting pictures. The layout is a little wonky since I'm still trying to figure this all out. Hope you had a Happy Thanksiving!

Hi momala. This is K. (Which is weird to refer to myself as an initial...?) I am looking at your page & whatnot GO AWAY!!!! You don't get to look yet! I think it's a little sad that you've got a blog before me. I never thought the day would come. A sure sign of the apocalypse? Maybe.
Anyway, go ahead and blog it up with your blogmmunity and have nice blogscussions and have a blogrageous time. Ok? Ok.
Oh yeah, I remember why I was posting! Because you neglected to mention that all those amazing albums were MINE ALL MINE AHAHAHAHA!!! Just kidding...ish. And that we also got The Sound Of Music, Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Best of Disney, and ROBERT GOULET ON BROADWAY!!! among others. Wow, this is a longly annoying post and I feel I must abstain from further blogsploitations as to not ruin your blogputation. I love you!
